If you’ve experienced coaching with a qualified coach, you’ll appreciate it for what it really is and you’ll know that coaching is more than demonstrating an ability you have to others. Much more.
If you haven’t experienced it – now is your opportunity to try – free of charge.
According to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), coaching is a development technique based on the use of discussions to enhance the skills, knowledge or work performance of an individual. As a coach my role is to support you in your exploration of whatever topic it is that you wish to discuss, with a view to achieving whatever goal it is you would like to achieve.
During August I’m offering a 1-hour, face-to-face coaching session to any member of the East Lancashire IOSH District LinkedIn Group – free of charge.
If you’re interested, all you have to do is: –
1. decide the topic – it needn’t be health and safety related but it should be a real-life issue (this isn’t role play);
2. decide the goal for the session; and
3. contact me to agree an appointment and venue.
This is a genuine offer and I’ll be delighted to hear from you.
