I have recently written an article for Lancashire Business View about the Prime Minister’s crusade against what he calls Britain’s health and safety “monster”.
Here’s a snippet from the article:
“It would be easy to believe, and indeed it is often said, that the likelihood of being prosecuted for a health and safety offence is low and only likely to occur following a fatality or serious injury. Surely the severe cutbacks affecting HSE operations would make this especially true at present but no, the opposite would seem to be the case..”
