For most organisations, a culture evolves not through the creative imagination of an entrepreneur, or the conscious design of a leadership team, but by default… the result of the experiences, attitudes, values and behaviours of the people who are currently present, and occasionally, those who have long since gone.
Yet, because rarely are all things always all bad, most organisations have the culture they want, but it’s just not present enough, often enough, for it to be defining.
